CO-FOUNDER + DIRECTOR
Stacey is a big picture person and is driven by helping other people with their goals. ‘Helping other people succeed is what motivates me’. By connecting the big picture, she is able to concentrate on the areas that ‘require assistance’ and come alongside clients to develop goals in these areas.
Part of the plan is to ensure tax effective structures that offer asset protection and equity growth. To do this she encourages clients out of limited thinking where they know they are tax efficient, but also realise they require equity to incorporate structure growth. To do this, we offer unique tax management attention to growing businesses, so that clients can be confident that the tax issues are planned and the ‘freed up’ net equity will assist them to grow a bigger footprint.
In short, we amalgamate the standard tax compliance and checking procedures with the ‘just as important’ growth in income and increase in structure, even if there needs to be a correction to structure before commencing that growth.
At the end of the day, our service is about you and your business and because of this we focus more on the specialised service of gaining confidence in the system and having the boldness to move forward rather than on particular industries. Systems are always structured around clients’ needs.
In her personal time, Stacey loves going on road trips with her family and they all enjoying biking trails together and personally she is a passionate runner. ‘This is a great way to view all parts of our beautiful country!’
Paige Cordingley
INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT
Paige joined our team in November 2018, while she was at Uni, and did her co-op placement with us and has been mentored by members of the practice over this time, until she completed her degree at the end of 2019.
She now takes care of our annual tax compliance reviews and has an in-depth academic tax knowledge, applying this to her reviews and assisting clients with both the tax detail and its practical application. Paige is experienced with MYOB and Xero and brings to the practice a wealth of IT experience. She enjoys working with her clients, takes an interest in their business and likes to see them succeed.
Paige is commencing her studies as a CA. She is a very active gym member and a health enthusiast!
Marina Du Preez
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Marina joined our team in August 2020. Originally an Optometrist who owned her own business, Marina decided that she would like more time flexibility and took on an accounting qualification and now mixes her experience as a business owner with her new found accounting acumen.
She is ‘the bookkeeper’ for our clients, taking care of all their transactional processes, is Xero Certified and experienced in MYOB. She completes, in the main all our GST and Company Secretarial requirements and is currently assisting with the Practice Administration.
Marina enjoys her family, and she, her husband and two young girls spend most weekends up at the beach.
